Interpretation Centre “A Mina” (the Mine)
A journey from the origins of the coal mine to the present-day.
This interpretation centre offers travelling through time, from the origins of the lignite mine to present day, using graphic and audio-visual documents and interpretative signs. The journey starts in the digging activities carried out by the National Company Calvo Sotelo (ENCASO) in the decade of the 50s in the 20th century. Visitors will be able to know about daily life in the mine through the witnesses of the workers, in different formats.
