This building is located on the path of the river Eume, next to the Hexágono and the Muíño de Prieto. It comprises facilities for neighbours in general and also for town associations.
It is a multipurpose building with two rooms and a children games area. It has the name of José Ferro, an entrepreneur owner of the light factory, known as Muíño de Prieto or Central de Prieto. José Ferro gave the mill to the council for its use.
