Mural "Oda á muller" (Ode to women)
Collective work by fifteen women expressing what it was, is and will be in the experiences and fight of women.
Fifteen women from As Pontes get together to create this mural. Andrea, Natalia, Concha, Ana, Vanessa, Graciela, Sol, Marisa, Carmen, Paula, Mía, Manuela, Carolina, Isabel and Maca are the creators of this collective mural work dedicated to women.
They represent the stages in the life of women and what characterizes them: wisdom, life experiences and fight of women from the past and what is still to be faced. It is also a representation of the sorority among women no matter their age or ethnic group.
The mural is located in the junction between the Avenida de Galicia and the Rúa Alexandre Bóveda.
