This mural transforms a concrete structure in an amanita muscaria full of magic and tradition.
Among the green colour of the Canal IV appears a structure made of concrete as if it were a mushroom. Artists from As Pontes Carolina Díguele and Isabel O’Connor give life to this cylinder of concrete to transform it in a amanita muscaria.
This mushroom has a red hat with white spots, and it is used in rituals by shamans. European tradition believed that the “fairy ring” was the place where fairies and witches used to sing and dance.
